Refund & Cancellation Policy
At FX Radar, we strive to provide the most accurate real-time market data and AI-driven insights. Because our Premium services provide immediate access to digital content and proprietary analysis, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our digital products.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your FX Radar Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing charges.
- To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to Settings > Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription".
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied to your payment method after the cancellation is processed.
2. Refund Policy
As a provider of digital information and real-time data feeds, FX Radar generally does not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun.
"Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to premium market data, all sales are final. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or years of service."
However, we value our users and may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service for an extended period (verified by our technical team).
- Duplicate billing due to a system error.
3. Trial Periods
If a trial period is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial expires. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.
